Basic Rules, i.e, OoC Rules This color denotes a new rule.
>> The name tells all.
This is a one account per person. That means your username should be you call-name. Also, no numbers in the names, nothing but alphabetic characters in the username section. After you join and register, please change your name to all caps, it makes the site look more uniform if everyone's name is the same style.
>> Swearing, sex, and gore.
I have no problem with swearing, as long as it's not at one another OoC, at guests, or in the c-box. If I catch you doing this, you'll be warned, do it again, you'll be suspended, a third time and you'll be banned. Simple, right? If you're not mature enough to handle swear words, this site isn't for you. Gore, sex, or graphic things, not allowed. Proboards doesn't allow it, and I honestly don't want to see it, and I'm sure no one else does, either.
>> R-E-S-P-E-C-T, find out what means to me.
Respect. Follow the rule of thumb, you respect someone, they respect you back. Staff, is to be listened to at all times, unless someone is abusing their powers. If that's the rule, pm Ozz, and I'll take care of it. I don't want to see name calling, cat-fights, or hate wars posted on this site. That will get both parties suspended or even banned. Got it? Good.
>> Count'em up and Hang'em high.
This site has a word minimum, and that minimum is 200 words. Not too bad, easy to do. If you have problems reaching that limit, please let us know, we'll be happy to help you. Everyone has bad days, I get it, but you can use your character's surroundings, thoughts, actions to help fill up a post.
>> Like the Sun misses the Moon.
You're leaving? Aww, we'll miss you! Keep in mind that you should totally let us know when your going to be back, when your leaving. It's just a polite thing to do. I understand that school ,work, and writer's block are horrid things, but you need to take a few moments to let us know. If you just need a break, or your going to slow down your activity, please let us know. We miss you if you don't.
>> PM's: Not for advertising.
You got a site? Great! Post the ad on the advertising board, don't pm people about it. It's not the way to do it, and it can be annoying. Also, don't beg people to join your site or roleplay with you through pm's. It's tacky, and it turns people off to doing just that.
>> Within the limit, please.
The size limit for images and tables is 500 in width. It'll stretch the site otherwise, to please help us keep things looking good. Avatars should be no bigger than 100x100.
>> Talk, talk, chat.
The c-box is for personal use of every member. Don't be shy, we don't bite around here! You can have avatars in the c-box, so go crazy. However, do not swear or post graphic things. It's not okay in that area. Don't start fights, it's there for fun. If it's abused, it'll be removed.
>> Of Polls and Cliques
Members can create polls. However, don't make polls for popularity, or who likes who better. It's rude and rather cruel. Also, don't make cliques. It isn't nice, and really, this site is for everyone, not just a select few. It's alright to have friends, but remember the other members as well, okay?

Posting and Character Rules This color denotes a new rule. >> Here, there, everywhere.Liquid time is allowed, but don't go crazy. Please keep in mind that you will have to keep things in order in your mind. How many threads you want to be in is you call, but if you're going to be too swamped, please moderate yourself. It'll keep the site active, and members happy.
>> The minimum
Keep in mind, IC posts must be 200 words or more. It's alright if you're around it, like 190 or 180, but any less than that, and we'll be pm'ing you, if no explanation is offered after the post, to see if you need help or if you just are having a slow day, muse wise. We're here to help, so keep that in mind, and don't be afraid to ask.
>> Size one, to rule them all.
To keep the site looking clean, we ask that everyone post in size 1, if fact, you can make a template found in modify profile. It'll keep things quick, clean, and simple.
>> Seasons change the world.
We do have seasons here, so please keep that in mind when posting. The only time they shouldn't match up, is when a season has just changed and the thread was started in the previous season.
>> Dead and done.
Please let the staff know when you've finished a thread. Do this by either pm'ing us or putting 'Finished' in the title of your thread. It will help us keep things clean and neat looking. The archives aren't deleted, so you can always go back and look if you need to remember something.
>> Rules, rules, rules.
Make sure to read the rules, because somewhere we have put a secret word that you need to have your first character accepted. The only way to find it is to read it. Get it from another member, and you'll both be in trouble.
>> Forms are your friends.
Please use the form provided when making characters. You can modify it to your heart's content, but we still need to know which section is which. It helps in the long run, plus, it avoids in confusion.
>> Accepting acceptance.
All characters must be accepted before being roleplayed. Do this without getting accepted, and we'll lock your threads and move them to the archive.
>> Collect them all.
You can have as many characters as you like. We're not the ultimate deciders, however, you should probably know your own limit. Don't just make characters like crazy, and then never ever play them. It's sad to see such characters just go to waste.
>> Oh girl, I know you didn't!
Mary-sues, are a no go. Don't do them, don't even try. Every character has a flew. Always. No perfect characters with a sob story, it makes things boring. Please don't do this.
>> Powerplays and god-modes. Oh my.
This means, taking control of someone else's character and making them do things against their will. Don't do this, or you will get in trouble. Your horse will get hurt, your horse will lose. They are not perfect, don't play them like they are otherwise.
>> Looks aren't all that.
You cannot have a horse that is hot pink with black dots. No. Just no. The horse should be normal in color, conform to breed size and color. Do your research people. However, we will allow you to match up strange mane and tail colors. Like a bay horse with a flaxen mane, or a white mane. Eye colors, should be normal for the breed, the only exception is to be the Gods.
>> Hey pretty lady, how you doin'?
No off-site breedings. You have to breed on site to have a live foal. Also, no foals below the age of six months can be created. A horse, except for immortals, must be between 6 months and 25 years of age.
>> No ropes, no saddles, no bridles.
No human inclusive history. Humans, are long since dead and gone. None, zip, nada. It will get your application pended if we see it. Thank you very much in advance. It just helps the world flow better.

No out of season breeding's, because it will end in either one of two ways; a dead foal, or a severely ill foal. >> Nasty, just nasty. No graphic birthing or breeding please. Fighting and Stealing This color denotes a new rule.
>> Puppy in the window.Anyone and anything can be stolen. The only exception to this rule is royal lands and those who are exempt (must be bought). Mares, stallions, foals, anyone can be stolen. Keep that in mind, oh mighty ones. >> Land only.Stealing land is done in the board for fights. You must post your challenge (IC), your word count, and the day and time you posted it. The defender has seven days to respond, and if they do not, it is a default win. You must inform the defender.
>> All the pretty ponies.
To steal another equine, you can do it in a riddle, or perhaps just state it outright. The same still applies to this as the rules about land steals, only you have to wait just three days to win be default. You must inform the defender. If the defender responds, you're blocked and you lose the steal, if they don't, or don't guess the horse, then you win and get your prize.
>> That's cheating.
You cannot win by default if the leader has posted on the away board. Your challenge will be put on hold until they return, or you forfeit your challenge.
>> Pow!
Each fighter in a land steal or outright fight, each has two doges/blocks, and three attacks. After these posts are made, staff will decide the winner. Basset Hound
>> Baby, don't fight.
No equine under two may fight officially.
>> Battle of the sexes.
Any gender or age (above two) may fight one another. There is no restriction considering this aspect.
>> Give me a break.
A land/horse is immune from theft for two weeks after it is claimed/stolen.
>> Pace yourself.
You can only attempt a steal twice a week. [/blockquote]

Claiming Land This color denotes a new rule.
>> Land for All.To claim a territory, you must post a 'claiming' post that is at least 250 words in length. The staff will approve or deny this claim. Regular horses may only claim regular land, royalty and their lands will be decided through audition. >> Small portions.A member may hold up to two herd lands, and they cannot be in the same territory. This includes holding royal lands as well. >> No child kings. To claim a land, your character must be at least 3 years of age. >> Sub rules.A lead stallion is in charge of his herd's rules, which means follow them. They cannot directly contrast the site's rules, but they are to be followed, none the less. The lead also needs to post a hierarchy and keep it updated. [/blockquote]

Elemental Rules This color denotes a new rule.
>> Order is order. If you have an elemental equine, you must start at beginner, and progress through each step. You must go to intermediate, then advanced. You cannot skip around. >> One apiece Every member is only allowed one elemental horse off the bat. You can buy another one, and with time, they will be able to be made willy nilly. This includes the Gods. If you play one, that is your elemental. >> Restatement .Do not powerplay with your elemental. I will watch carefully, and if anything is reported, there will be consequences. >> Any type.An elemental horse can be of any alliance. And King or Queen can be of any alliance. The Gods have split of the alliances, and have brought power back to the world. The alliances, will just have to cope. [/blockquote]
